Believe, Dream, Dare to be the best you can be!

On Thursday, September 25, 2008, the Winnipeg Police Advisory Board held a meeting in our school gym.  The purpose of the meeting was to hear feedback from area residents about their concerns and suggestions related to policing in their community.  The students of Room 203 had a look at the topic themselves. They began using their mathematical skills to interpret the Crime Stat statistics on the City of Winnipeg' s website.  They then analyzed the data and brainstormed their "Concerns in the North End", "Their Personal Experiences", "How Police Respond", "Suggestions to Make the North End Better", and What is Working in the North End."   They used VOICE to send their message.  Have a look at their  powerful messages.
