LITERACY - Our CAP results [N-6] and other assessments indicate most students are at or near grade level. Adapted programming is in place for student who are struggling readers. Our school Literacy Committee held a school-wide Literacy Café again this year. Students experienced a variety of literacy skills and shared their writing with students of all ages. Significant numbers of Grade 7 & 8 students achieved the Honour Roll this past year!
TECHNOLOGY - All teachers are preparing computerized Report Cards for parents.
Our computer labs support all curricular areas and provide resource opportunities for our students. Our website is a resource for parents, students and staff.
SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL-BEHAVIOURAL
- Students were taught about our school expectations to: be a learner, be safe, be respectful and to listen to adults the first time. All students were taught the Kids In The Know personal safety program again this year.

Continue to strengthen an inclusive culture that responds to the needs of young people in our schools.
Continue to strengthen instructional and assessment practices to improve student learning in math and literacy.
Inclusion of Aboriginal perspectives into curricula.
Our students continue to grow academically, socially, emotionally and ehaviourally. We are committed to working with students and parents to form strong partnerships in each of our priorities.
