The children will work with large sheets of coloured construction paper and paint.  Hand out the eyes, ears, noses, etc. from lesson 2 so every child has at least 3 - 4 pieces. 

The children will now create a new face using the pieces.  They glue down the given pieces and then add more details to create a complete face.

An extension of this lesson would be to add collage materials after the painting has been done.  eg. wool for hair, beads for earrings, fabric for hats, etc.
