Sister MacNamara School

Sister MacNamara School was build in 1989. The school was named after Sister Geraldine MacNamara. She was a nun who did lots of work with children in the inner city. There are 530 children in the school. Mr. Solomon, the principal, interviewed lots of adults and then picked them to be one of the teachers. When Sister MacNamara was built there was 350 children and no Vice-Principal. There were 13 classroom teachers. Now there are 530 children and 22 classroom teachers.
