Physical DescriptionA Spiked-Flying Fish is bluish-gray in color. It is about 30 cm long. It's spikes can be about 7-15 cm long. The Spiked-Flying Fish's wing-span can be about 60 cm long. It's razor sharp teeth are 5 cm long. AdaptationsThe Spiked-Flying fish has razor sharp teeth. They swim in groups and attack their prey together. They also have wings just in case a group of sharks chase after them. They can swim to shore and fly in the air until the sharks go away. Their favorite food are dolphins. HabitatThey live in tropical waters like Piranhas, Green Sword Tail fish, Knife fish, and more. Their predators are a variety of sharks but they can fight back and the sharks can be eaten up.They can eat Knife fish, sharks, and sometimes dolphins. If desperate for food they eat squid, guppies, and other kinds of little fish. |
