THE PROCESS

Simply:

  1. Break into groups (preferably pairs).
  2. As a team, look at the questions listed below.
  3. Click on the resource pages (words in blue) to help you find the answers.
  4. You will use words, diagrams, pictures, charts or anything else that helps you explain the answers.
  5. IF TIME PERMITS - after all the questions are answered , you will act out a skit. One person will be the doctor and one person will be the patient. The patient will ask the doctor the questions, and the Doctor will answer them using what you learned from the websites.

CONCLUSION

The Circulatory System is very important. Without it we would not be able to live. So we must "take care of our circulatory system so it can take care of us." In order to look after our circulatory system, we can exercise regularly, eat healthy, and stay away from drugs and alcohol.

Show people you have a "BIG HEART"- be happy and nice to everyone.

How important is the HEART??? Well, besides allowing us to live it is valuable in other ways. Our hearts are very dear to us, as we use the HEART to describe many points of our lives. For instance:

have a heart - be merciful
change of heart - change your mind
to know something by heart - memorize something
broken heart - to lose love
heartfelt - deeply felt
have your heart in the right place - to be kind
cry your heart out - to grieve

heavy heart - sadness
have your heart set on - to want something badly
