Angels up Above

Zeus was the greatest protector they say,
he was always serious and never used to play.
He had a daughter named Aphrodite
who was goddess of love and beauty.
She helped people with love affairs,
because she really, really cares.
Her father’s brother, Poseidon,
prevented water disasters below the sun.
Many people might believe this is true,
but I for one believe they don’t have a clue.

Mother Teresa is an angel of love,
she is a guiding light from up above.
We wish she didn’t die,
for she would be here when we cry.
She helped the needy, the poor and the ill,
she would never sit there and stay still.
She loved everyone for whom they were,
even if they had a disease like cancer.
The deeds she did will always be remembered,
because of people’s cries she heard.
