Welcome to the Robertson School website! As the principal of Robertson, I am very proud and pleased to be a part of such an excellent school of approximately 420 students, 70 staff members, an active Parent Council and a Before and After School Program. We are partners with our supportive parent community who are an integral part of the students’ educational lives. Robertson School is an inclusive school community that focuses on building on peoples' strengths. In this environment, all students develop self worth and are provided with opportunities for meaningful involvement in learning. We work to ensure that every individual feels accepted and valued and safe. We are "a community of learners - working together." This year our school will be getting a new addition to the school. It will include a new gym, library, computer room, multipurpose room and Autism classroom. There will also be extensive renovations to our existing Life Skills areas. Construction will hopefully begin in the summer of 2008. We look forward to the many exciting changes in our school!
