The Library Media Centre
serves as the core of an active learning program,
dedicated to student inquiry, investigation and
research. The Centre ensures that the students and staff
are effective users of ideas and information by
providing:
- Intellectual and
physical access to information
- Learning experiences
that encourage users to become discriminating
consumers and skilled creators of information
- Leadership
instruction and consulting in the use of instructional
and information technology
- A facility that
functions as the information centre of the school
- Resource and learning
activities that represent cultural and educational
diversity
- An introduction to
literature with book talks and dramatized readings
- Individual student
programs
