Physical Activity in Manitoba Schools
Winnipeg School Division purchased the rights to copy and distribute this document to all of its schools. Each principal and physical education teacher must have a copy. If you do not, contact Dorothy Ryan to put on in the courier for you.
The document is divided into three sections:

Intramural - all grades |

Interscholastic - middle and senior years |
Anyone working with students in clubs, intramurals, special events or teams should have a copy of the relevant pages from these guidelines.
It is important to note that this document serves as guidelines only. If a teacher wishes to engage students in an activity that does not follow the guidelines, they should first get the permission of their administration. It is also important to note that in places where there is Division policy, it is the division policy that must be followed.
