Hypothesis

We think that when we blow on the windmill, the string will rap around the pencil and teh bucket will go up.

Observation

When Elliot blew on the windmill it turned and turned the pencil, wich rapped the string around it and moved the bucket up.

Discussion

We blew on the wheeland it turned the axle wich rapped teh string around the axle and moved teh pennies up.
