Details:
Open the Spreadsheet you want to copy. Using the
mouse, highlight the cells you want to place into the Word Processing Document. Click on
Insert, click on Range Name. In the box beside Name, if no name appears or there is a
preferred name, type in the name with the cells in brackets i.e. Addition. Click File,
click on New and then Word Processor. A new word processing document should be ready to
work on. Either type an introductory sentence on Click on Insert. Click on
Spreadsheet/Table. Under Ranges, click on Range to be inserted. Click on OK. The
Spreadsheet Range should appear in the word processing document. You may also add some
introductory and summary information about the spreadsheet.
