This activity is contained in one Paint file, numordr2.bmp.  For use on a network, this file should installed in a shared, read only directory on the server (Winnipeg School Division uses S:\2Student).

If you wish to download the image shown below, click on this link numordr2.bmp.

After launching Paint and opening the file, students can then be directed to follow the directions on the screen.

Students use one of the pick tools to capture a numeral and drag it into place. For example, the ten must be placed in the left most box.

Note: Since colours are not required, students may be directed to click on View, Color Box (in Windows '95) so that the whole activity is visible on the screen.

Upon completion, students may be directed to:
1. show completed work to an adult or other student
2. save file
3. print file (Be sure to have students put their name on the screen)
