Teacher to prepare the pattern template before the lesson. See figure 1. To download the image shown below, click on this link count1a.bmp.
This lesson is put into s:/ 2student Gr. 1 folder. Review with students how to select with the rectangle scissor tool. Demonstrate that the scissor cursor must be completely outside the number to select to whole number. Mouse down, drag to appropriate location, release mouse. Repeat until all numbers have been placed in correct order.
