This activity is contained in one Math Tools file, “area1.mtf”.   For use on a network, this file should be installed in a shared, read-only directory on the server (WSD#1 uses S:\2Student)  If you wish to download this file, click on this link area1.mtf.

After launching Math Tools and opening the file, children can then be directed to create as many different shapes using 6 square units.
