 ATTENTION GRADE 12 GRAD DINNER & DANCE COMMITTEE:  There will be a meeting TODAY, Thursday, May 8th at 12:20 PM in Room 12.

BADMINTON TEAM PHOTO:  Friday, May 9th at 12:15 PM.  Please meet in the Gym!

 

LEGION ATHLETIC CAMP:  There are a limited number of $50.00 bursaries available for athletes planning on attending the Legion Athletic Camp. See Ms. Mitt in the gym if you are interested.

THE UNIVERSITY OF MANITOBA AND THE UNIVERSITY OF WINNIPEG will be holding information sessions for the students attending their school in the fall.  Information will be given regarding first year university including how to register for courses.  The University of Manitoba on Tuesday, May 20th during slots “D” and “E” and University of Winnipeg on Wednesday, May 21st during slots “B” and “C” in the Music Room.  Students must receive permission from their teachers to attend.

 

THE CITY OF WINNIPEG is hiring Program Leaders for Wading Pools, Facilities and Children and Youth Programs. This is an excellent summer job opportunity!  Interested students should see Andrea in the Library for more information.  Application deadline is Friday, June 27th. 

 

WANT TO CHANGE THE WORLD?  If you are interested in running for student council president… come to Room 29 on Friday, May 9th at 12:15 PM.

 

LAST NIGHT THE VARSITY GIRLS RUGBY TEAM squeaked out a narrow 20-17 win over Stonewall Collegiate. Then the varsity boys took the field and trounced the Stonewall boys 42-5.  Kelvin rugby-where dreams are made and bones are broken!
