Text Box: Is Regular Attendance Important ?
Yes!!  It is very important.  Fitness cannot be stored.  You lose fitness gains in 48 hours if the body is not stressed again.
How Important Is Parent Support ?
CRITICAL.  Parents need to encourage their child to be active.  They can offer support by ensuring their child gets enough sleep in order to get up early each day to come to practice rested.
How Much Will It Cost ?
The only cost to parents is a team uniform and if your child elects to go to the out of town meets.
What Equipment Will My Child Need ?
Shoes for running, team uniform and a warm-up suit (sweat shirt & pants)  It is not necessary that he/she have “expensive runners”.  However, the runners be comfortable and provide adequate cushioning.
Fundraising
Athletes may choose to fund raise and can use the money to offset the cost of uniform, team clothing and the cost of trips.
