... is for those with limited experience in French OR is for those who have learned French in a Basic French programme. In S2 and S3... students with limited experience are in a separate class with a larger emphasis on the basics. In S4, all SL students are in the same class. |

is for those who have been in an Immersion programme. The course is taught much like the courses in Immersion at the S2 and S3 levels which allows those students to retain a level of fluency despite only having one course in French. |
OTHER OPPORTUNITIES...
EXPLORE PROGRAMME: a summer language programme during which students have the opportunity to participate in a 4 to 5 week intensive French environment sponsored by the government. Details are available in November or December. Deadline for application is February 15th.
