Here's the instructions for installing:
Elementary Report Card 3.9b Cap:

On the taskbar:

• 1. Click Start
  
• 2. Click Settings
  
• 3. Click Control Panel

In the Control Panel:

• 4. Double click the Add/Remove Programs icon
  
• 5. Search for the Elementary Report Card 3.Xx entry and highlight the text.
  
• 6. Click the Add/Remove button
  
• 7. Click the Yes button to reply to "Are you sure you want to uninstall..........."
  
• 8. Click OK
  
  

Here's the instructions for installing:
Elementary Report Card 3.9b Cap:

• 1. Type or paste the following URL into your Internet Browser: http://www.wsd1.org/wsd1report/Grade1-6/upgrades/default.htm or Click Here
• 2. Scroll down to the green box labeled: Elementary Report Card Program - "FULL INSTALL"
• 3. Click on the Full Install 3.9b Cap link to download the new software
• 4. Click the Open button when prompted
• 5. Click the Yes button when prompted: "This will install Winnipeg School Division - Elementary Report Card. Do you wish to continue?"
• 6. Click Next
• 7. Click Next
• 8. Click Install
• 9. Click Finish
