Dear Parents/Guardians/Alumni,

École J.B. Mitchell School will be celebrating it's 50th Anniversary the week of Monday, May 29, 2006 to Saturday, June 3, 2006.  Please mark the dates and events you are planning to attend on your calendar.

We need your help informing everyone you know who have attended J.B. Mitchell School.  Please ask them to register on our website  www.wsd1.org/jbmitchell so that we have an approximate number of people attending each event.

We still need help in the following areas:

  • contacting alumni for each year
  • helping with archives (framing, displaying etc.)
  • we are still looking for the yearbooks for the following years:
    1968 - 1969          1983 - 1984           1987 - 1988

    1978 - 1979          1984 - 1985           1988 - 1989

    1981 - 1982          1985 - 1986           1989 - 1990

    1982 - 1983          1986 - 1987

The next page is an advertisement you can give to a friend or family member.  If you would like to distribute some advertising in the community, please come to the school office to pick some up.
