Agenda:

Budgeting and other issues concerning special needs students in the Winnipeg School Division

 

* Note: At this time we cannot provide child care at the meeting, but parents are welcome to bring their children

 

All parents, guardians and foster parents of special needs children in the Winnipeg School Division are automatically members of the Family Advocates of Special Needs Students (formerly the Ellen       Douglass Parents Association).

 

¨ Family Advocates of Special Needs Students is the group representing parents, guardians and     foster parents of special needs children in the Winnipeg School Division.

¨ Family Advocates of Special Needs Students assists and supports staff in school projects and      programs.

¨ Family Advocates of Special Needs Students helps increase opportunities for our children with     special needs to actively participate in school and community programs.

¨ Family Advocates of Special Needs Students also acts as a mutual support group for parents and caregivers of children with special needs.
