Adaptive Skills

Inkster School provides services for children with special needs including multiple handicaps and learning disabilities. Interdisciplinary teams coordinate individualized programs designed to create an inclusive learning environment to meet the social and academic needs of the students integrated in regular classrooms. Collaborating members of the team include the SERT, classroom teacher, support teacher, parents/caregivers, teacher assistants, C.G.C. clinicians, therapists, administrator, as well as others.
