Greenway School Patrols

The Grades 4, 5 and 6 patrol team took home the the trophy for 1st place in the Central District. This proves that all the hard work the patrols did paid off. All the time the patrols gave up just to be on patrol was worth it in the end. The patrols enjoyed the hot dog lunches, McDonalds treats and the roller-skating at Galaxy. This year we are celebrating the 70th year anniversary for patrol teams in Winnipeg. The first Patrol team was created in Greenway School in 1936 by Louis Staples. Thank you to all the patrols and patrol supervisors, Mr. McLeod and Mr. Shiaro for helping us throughout the year.
