*~My trip to Kappen~*

Chapter One: Telephone Ring
One day, I woke to a phone ring and to my surprise, it was the American government!! They wanted me to go to a new planet! I thought "Why me? What makes me so special?" Then he said I was chosen because I was the only spy who hadn't left the country for other missions. He told me I had to choose nine people to go on this trip with me. I thought long and hard, but finally I got in touch with a few grade 6 friends, and asked them if they would come on this trip with me. All of them agreed, except for Jennifer M. who wasn't home.
Chapter Two: Heavy Hearts
All the important people in our lives watched with heavy harts as the rocket left the orbit and entered space. As we reached 50 miles from earth we got a message from the American Government asking who I chose for my crew? Then I said The pilot is Ryan, the astronomer is me, the cook is the world famous Chef K.J, the meteorologist is Bianca, the rock musician is Joenick, the monkey mechanic is Voughn-Ray, the genie is Nicole, the teacher is Jennifer B. and the photographer is Lora. The general was shocked to hear their names, considering they all were misfits and crazy, wild and the worst of all their permanent records were stuffed with files upon files of bad things, except Jennifer's file. Her file was filled with tons of University graduations certificate copies, Harvard and Princeton letters saying "Enter please, please!!!!"
As we took off, Jennifer looked through our super-duper telescope scope and saw Kappen!! She told us that it would take us about a ten years to get to Kappen on turbo mode. Nine years later we landed on Kappen. We saw some creatures waiting for us with boxes. We said "Hi ?" They said " { ". And we looked at them and said "What ?" Then Jennifer pulled out her language translator and they said....
Chapter three: Say what?
"We have special helmets that tell the future, so we knew you were coming for resources so we prepared" then they said "We know that your ships are small and you're not that advanced so we will do you a favor and transport them to Earth."
Nine years later we arrived back home and the American Government was waiting for us with happy smiles, and the most important people of our lives were waiting for us with a trophy and the American Government president shook our hands and then we said good bye and went our separate ways.

Dear: General
I am happy to report to you with good news regarding my trip to Kappen. Their planet has much of what we need and much more things that we don't need. Their resources are much like ours but have slight differences. For instance their water is green, but still has the minerals needed to support our bodies. Their food is much different but has enough of the nutrients that our food has. Their ways may be different but it will do..... for now.
But more importantly they seem to have the main resoures that we both need and desire. They have two suns that reach them close enough to keep them warm, and far enough to make the temperature as cool so you can wear a sweater to keep warm. They also have seasons but unlike us their seasons are much different than ours. For their seasons do change much slower and have less coldness in their coldest season which they call aracay, and less heat in their hottest season which they call Nutaymay. In their mid weather season they can keep themselves warm with a sweater, and cool with a t-shirts. They do not have grass but they have something like grass except it is softer than our grass in Nutaymay and does not turn hard in their coldest season aracay. Their resources are pure and clean.
They have very little pollution because of their highly advanced technology. They seemed to evolve 2 x faster than us there for they have such things like highly advanced computers, visual contact with other planets, transportational uses, but never the less there love for technology does not blind there love for things that grow and living animals. Their highly advanced technology takes up less space than we might have expected, although their planet is 12 x bigger than our planet's size. They seem only to use about just under a quarter of their planet. They are much like humans. They are all different and friendly, and they express their emotions with both physical and mental emotions. Their physical emotions are not violent, but they will use unnecessary physical contact in battle, and in battle they will show no mercy for the enemy.
