My trip to Kappen Planet

by Shella

One day while I was at school I got a phone call from the general of the United Nations. He said that I got picked to Kappen planet. So the next day after the phone called I got ready to go to Kappen planet.

The general of the United Nation let me pick my crew members and gave me a map. My crew was Joenick, as the astronomer, Randee-Lee, as the cook, Chris, as the meteorologist, Xochitl, as the rock musician, Ryan, as the monkey mechanic, Nicole, as the genie, Mr. Shiaro, as the teacher, and Jonathan as the photographer. When we got on the rocket ship we blasted off to the planet Kappen .

All we knew was that we were floating inside the rocket ship. We were floating for about 7 hours &10 seconds. All of a sudden our ship broke down on a planet called Mars. No one could go out because it's very hot. So our Monkey Mechanic, Ryan got to work on fixing the ship. Then about 2 hours later the ship was fixed. So we continued going to Kappen.

Then I looked at the map that the general gave us. Then we drove for another 6 hours. When I saw Kappen I knew we were there. When we got off the ship I noticed that I was being attacked by a little creature with 4 eyes. She had a ribbon around her forehead, and had curly yellow hair.

I asked what the resources were and she said food, water, shelter and air. When she was done telling us what the resources were, we ask if we could have a little time to interview her and take a picture of the creature's family. She said that most of the creatures eat plants and drink water. Then one of my crew ask," Why do you have four eyes?"

"I have four eyes because I use my eyes for when it is my time to do security I can look around my secure area without turning around." said the creature.

I asked where she lived and she said that she lives on the warm part of Kappen because if they live in the cold area of Kappen they will die. After that, we said good-bye and went in the rocket ship. When I started the ship it didn't move. So our Monkey mechanic Ryan went to the engine room to check out what was wrong, then he said there's a hole in the host and the gas is leaking. Ryan said "it's going to take 1 day to fix the ship". So Four Eye's mom invited us to stay overnight and eat dinner.

But we couldn't eat anything because they don't eat on planet Kappen. So they just drank water and they had to sleep in a hard bed because most of their things are made out of rocks.

They have no fan and it was very hot and it they did nothing but work & work. Even kids work - none of the people play at all all. The next day they got on the ship to take off. When they did they were floating again inside the ship about 13 hours and 10 second when they got back. When they returned home they told Mr. S. about their adventure and told the general of the United Nations about the resources and the picture that they took of the weird creature.

The general of the United Nations said thank you for your hard work and that they would get call for another mission some other day. Their mission was complete. The general paid them $100,000 for their hard work but the crew didn't want money.

They did that because it's very fun meeting weird creature and learning about them.

Report to the United Nations

Greetings

I'm back from Kappen planet giving you my report. Our crew thought it over and we say it's very suitable for Earthlings to live in Kappen planet. You have everything you need like water, food, shelter, and air. The only problem is that you have to work hard for it. It will also take awhile for the people of Kappen to get to know you but it will probably only take 2 days for the people of the warm part of Kappen because they're very nice and the sun is right in the middle of the hills. There's also lots of things you can use to build a house. But the food you have to work hard for like fruits and vegetables. You can buy meat in the store of the city of Kappen. There's also a pond where people get water to drink. The pond is also not polluted. It's very clean and fresh.
