How to Make Permafrost 1. You need a cup, jello, cookie crumbs, and ice cream. 2. Make the jello and pour in enough to fill it up half way. The jello is your permafrost . 3. After the jello is solid pour 2 spoonfuls of cookie crumbs on top of the solid jello. This is the soil. 4. Get the ice cream and put 3-4 spoonfuls on top. This is the snow. 5. Now you can eat it.
