Once upon a time there was a hunter who was
very poor. He tried to catch a seal, caribou or a polar bear. He tried
every day. On the 3rd day he caught a seal. On the 4th day he caught a
caribou. But he didn't catch the polar bear because it was too fierce. |
| Richie |
I bet you can't even catch a baby polar bear
or a seal or a caribou. |
| Chris |
I already caught a seal and a caribou but not
a polar. |
| Narrator |
So Chris the hunter tried and tried until
the spring time. He tried digging a trap but he only dug until 30 cm.
because of permafrost. He tried to catch another seal but the ice was too
thin. He tried to catch a caribou but there was no harpoon so he made
another harpoon with a string and wood and a sharp tip. |
| Chris |
I made another harpoon. Rich let's go find
that polar bear. |
| Rich |
I found it. I found it. |
| Chris |
You did - where is it? |
| Rich |
It's right here - shhhhh. |
| Chris |
I'm going to kill it. |
| Narrator |
Together they killed the poar bear and lived
happily ever after. |
