Good Day Parents,

Here in Room 124, we offer a multitude of resources to both students as well as parents, for example:

                        Morning Smudges (Daily form 8:30 - 9:00)

                        Sharing Circles

                        Sewing Club

                        Pow-Wow Club and teachings

                        Drum Making and teachings

                        Female Teachings from Female Elders

                        Traditional Big Drum teachings

Various Ceremonies as needed (naming, colors, sweat lodge, Pipe-ceremony)

Resource materials that are in the community

                        Light snacks

We will be needing volunteers for the Sewing club and the Pow-Wow club and teaching.

We also need an aboriginal drum for the Drum teaching.

Please call me at the school if you can help us with these worthwhile activities.

So, come down to Room 124, have a coffee and talk in a relaxed setting, bring your children that are not yet school age and share with other parents.

Coffee is always on!
