The title of the project that me and my partner Ashley did was called ''Caffeine''. We did a lot of research on ''Caffeine and what it does to your body. We also tested the heart rates on someone who drinks a lot of caffeine and someone who doesn't drink as much.

The reason we chose this topic was because I know that a lot of people who drink caffeine and don't really know what it does to your body and how much it effects your heart.

Our problem was to see if caffeine really does speed up your heart rate and how long it would take for it to go back to normal. We both predicted that my heart rate would speed up , and would take awhile to go back to normal. We also thought that Ashley's heart rate would stay the same.

The procedure that we used was very simple. We started the experiment at ten to four o'clock. We timed our heart rates and then waited until four o'clock to drink our coffee and water. Then we timed our heart rate for one minute every ten minutes. We made graphs and charts to show our results.

At the end of the experiment I saw that my chart was very high in the heart rates beats per minute. Ashley's chart was very low . The predictions that me and Ashley made were correct.

We thought that this experiment would help people learn more about caffeine and what it could do to your heart. We think that people should limit their caffeine intake so that they could be a lot more healthy.

The easiest part in science fair was explaining our project to the judges. I thought that it was easy because the judges were very nice and understood me very easily. The hardest part of science fair was writing the backboard headings.

I think that I did alright because I got a bronze , and I also know that I actually passed because of that. The way that our project could have been improved was by doing more experiment so that it would be more accurate.

The way that I think that science fair should be improved is by having more judges so the opinion is more precise. Another thing that would improve science fair is having more room in the gym for the judges.

The most important thing I learned in science fair was when I was participating in presenting our projects to the classroom. I think that I should pick a science fair partner that would help me a lot more.
