Pain Killers

Problem: What is the effect of different brands of pain killers on how fast they dissolve in hydrocloric acid?
Hypothesis: We hypothesize that Tylenol Extra-Strength will dissolve the fastest.
Apparatus: 4 different brands of pain killers, hydrochloric acid, stop watch, protective goggles, pH paper, Glassware: 12 test tubes, 25 ml cylinder, 100 ml cylinder, 300 ml beaker, 900 ml beaker, stir stick, distilled water.
Observation:
Tylenol: Dissolved quickest (took effect in less than 5 seconds). Particles stayed in the bottom. Found the particles flaky. Liquid looked clear.
Conclusion: WE conclude that Tylenol Extra-Strength dissolved the fastest, and that Sine-Off N.D. dissolved the slowest.
Application: The purpose of our experiment is to reveal to society which pain killer takes effect the fastest. By testing it's rate of dissolving, we can see how fast the particles of the drug distribute throughout the acid, therefore throughout the human body. This project will help society determine which pain killer to use for effective pain and annoying headache relief.
Changes : If we are to conduct our project over, these are the things which we would add or change in order to improve the overall concept of our project.
A: conduct more in depth background research relating to our project.
B: Add "Aspirin" into our inventory of pain killers.
C: From our Problem, Hypothesis, and Conclusion, change the world dissolve into flake.
D: Make our observations more clear and understandable towards society.
