PROBLEM
What is the effect of time against how long a student (boy/girl) can remember?

HYPOTHESIS
We believe that the female students can remember longer than the male students.

MATERIALS
8 students (4 boys, 4 girls)
pencil
paper (loose leaf)
eight 5-digit numbers

METHOD
1) get the 8 students and assign each of them the 5-digit numbers

2) Day 1, ask each student that was on the test list what their number was and record whether they were right or wrong

3) Day 2 repeat step 2

4) Day 3 repeat step 2

5) Day 4 repeat step 2

6) Day 5 repeat step 2 and tally the results

7) Graph the results

CONCLUSION
We conclude that the female students have better short term memory then the male students.

APPLICATION
We did this project to see if boys have a better short term memory than girls.
