EARL GREY SCHOOL was named a member of the  Network of Innovative Schools in the first year of this pilot project in 1999. Canada SchoolNet, in partnership with the Canadian Association of School Administrators, launched this pilot project to help effectively integrate Information and Communications Technology into learning. The network encourages mentoring opportunities, research and sharing of best practices and success stories at the grassroots, helping to build on the great work already being done in ICT in Canadian schools. Currently, the membership in the Netwok exceeds 85 schools from across Canada with representation in every province and territory.
