Volunteers

Clifton School encourages parents and members of the community to volunteer their time and talent in a variety of different ways to expand and children's learning opportunities.

We have a large number of regular volunteers who help out at school each year. They make an invaluable contribution to our school. Each September, parents and community residents who are interested, indicate the type of volunteer activity in which they wish to take part. They are then trained by the Winnipeg School Division's Volunteer Coordinator. Volunteers are involved in:

Library Volunteer Program
Classroom Volunteer
Resource Program
Information and Communication Technology
Extra-Curricular Activities
Field Trips
Class Projects

All volunteers must register with the Volunteer Coordinator at the school.

Volunteers are asked to sign in each day that they volunteer. A sign-in sheet is located in the office.
