The Student Council and the entire Clifton community exemplified the concept of "Generosity" this year. They have supported Mafata, our foster child; raised funds for Wesley, the landmine sniffing dog, the 100 Schools’ Challenge-One Love Project Rwanda, the Canadian Right’s Museum, Right to Play, Hand in Hand for Peace; collected clothing for Siloam Mission, supplies for shoeboxes for Samaritan’s Purse, and tabs for a child in need of a wheelchair.  Our student leaders presented all these special projects to over 200 Manitoban educators at the Manitoba Teachers’ Society Conference, entitled Student, Citizen, Community -Beyond the 3 Rs-The MTS Growing Minds Conference on Citizenship and Character Education. Our session was Schools for Global Citizens.
