A long time ago there lived an old man and his friend, Tiger. They lived nicely in their cottage in the jungle. They had a nice boy named Gorge and his  pet bird Polly. Gorge helped the old man every day. Then one day a bear attacked the old man's cottage. The tiger tried to save the old man. But the tiger accidentally scratched the old man. The old man was very hurt. The boy got the old man to a hospital as fast as he could.  "Help, help" the little boy called out as he ran through to the Doctor. "Help, help, help. He is badly hurt". the Doctor said. The man was very hurt. The doctor thought he would die. The only way the man could live was a special kind of plant. The tiger was very sorry for what had happened. He wanted to save the old man. The tiger found the plant and saved the old man. The special kind of plant grew every month and will save others. And that’s how the tiger got his stripes.
