Eastern Boundary-West side of Cambridge Street
Western Boundary-The CPR tracks from Wilkes to Fleet Avenue; then the Campbell-Cordova lane to the Assiniboine River

The Center offers many activities for families. From individual sports such as aerobics or tennis to team sports such as baseball and soccer. They also offer programs for the younger crowd such as Moms/Dads & Ones, Twos or Threes. During school breaks the center runs day camps for kids on a prepaid or drop in basis.
