Registration

Registration Procedures
Please contact the school office (488-4422) and come by to pick up a registration package. Registrations are accepted throughout the school year. Parents/guardians are invited to meet with the Principal to discuss the school's program and educational philosophy. This will be followed by a tour of the school.

Applications will be considered as space is available with the following order of priority:
1.
Students in the school catchment area which includes the area from the train tracks, east on Grosvenor (south side), south on Ash (both sides), west on Fleet (north side), south on Waterloo (both sides), west on Grant (north side), north on Campbell (both sides), west on Fleet (north side) to the train tacks, north on the train tracks to Grosvenor.
2. Division students outside of the school catchment area;
3. Non-resident students (until September 30). Schools of Choice Application must accompany Registration Form.

Please know that students residing out of the catchment area and out of the Division will be placed on a wait list. Consideration will be given to students from outside the catchment area, after all catchment area students have had an opportunity to be registered and be placed in a program.
Birth Certificate or proof of date of birth is required at time of registration.  Original documents will be photocopied by the school.
Once a child has been accepted at the school it is not necessary to complete a new registration form for the next school year.

Nursery/Kindergarten
Nursery and Kindergarten are half day programs running for the ten months of the school year.
     English Track

-
Morning and afternoon combined Nursery/Kindergarten class
     Hebrew Track

        -
Morning Kindergarten class

Please note:     Nursery children must be 4 years old by December 31.
Kindergarten children must be 5 years old by December 31.
Nursery and Kindergarten enrolment tends to fluctuate year by year.  We will attempt to maintain the morning and  afternoon classes for next year, but parents should not make critical plans based on this assumption without checking with the office. Decisions about morning a
nd afternoon classes will be made in June.
