Family Involvement

Strengthening the Home School Connection is one of the on-going priorities for the staff and for the Parent Council. As you know, Brock Corydon

School has a reputation of welcoming parents/guardians to take an active role in participating in their children’s school life. Your involvement can take many forms:

Parenting providing home conditions to support your child as a learner and assisting the school in understanding your child

Communicating maintaining effective communication between home and school

Learning at Home being involved with your child’s learning and knowing how to assist your child with skills and strategies they need to know

Decision-Making participating in school decisions and taking a leadership role in school life

Collaborating with the Community coordinating resources and services from the community

Volunteering making time to be involved at the school. Our multi-age classrooms need your active involvement. Please consider donating some
