The Chief Superintendent of Schools is the Chief Executive and Education Officer of the Board and is hired by the Board of Trustees to manage the affairs of the school division in accordance with the policies established by the Board. The organization of the Division is based on four groups of schools - Inner City, Central, North and South. Each group has a Superintendent who is accountable to the Chief Superintendent for the efficient and effective operation of their respective jurisdictions.
