Decisions

So far 4 classes have visited our web site, read our reasons pro and con and made some decisions of their own. We made some graphs to represent the information.

Toronto was definitely popular for room 5-21.

Overall, Great Lakes Area had very few votes compared to Toronto.

Niagara Falls was quite popular, but not in room 5-21.

In popularity, Great Lakes Area (8 votes) + Niagara Falls (42 votes) = Toronto (50 votes)

Exactly one hundred people voted.

Room 5/6 14 remains undecided.

Most of 5-11 is wants to stay here. . .at least for a while.

Most of the classes voted 9-12 people in favour of moving.

Of the 97 people polled, 59 did not want to move, and 38 did.

No class was unanimous (completely agreed).

Daniel and Ashley gathered and tallied the information. Miss Dyck taught them Excel and helped them put their information into a chart.

Toronto

I would want to live in Toronto because they have very nice, big, shopping areas and I love to shop.

I would want to move to Toronto because you don’t have to walk anywhere, you can take a subway train instead.

I would like to move to Toronto because my family would like to watch the Blue Jays.

I would like to move to Toronto because they have NHL, NBA and MLB sports teams, the Hockey Hall of Fame and the Skydome.

I would move to Toronto because I think it is the best Canadian city and it has lots of sports teams.

Niagara Falls

I would like to move to Niagara Falls because there is nice scenery, and less traffic than in Toronto.
