Sister Geraldine MacNamara

Sister Geraldine MacNamara is a hero because she she spent her life helping children in the Inner City of Winnipeg. She helped build Rossbrook House to make the children safe.
 
Early Life:  
Sister Mac Namara was born in1938 in Toronto, Ontario.  She was named the president for Alpha Delti Phi. She was very busy and happy at University.

Later Life:
She received her LLB in 1974.  She was a teacher for 7 years.  She opened a school for sick and poor people and it was called Rossbrook House.  she was known for her knowledge, good qualities, and kindness.  Sister Mac Namara died when she was 45 years old. The date was Feb 20, 1984.

Accomplishments:
Sister Mac Namara was awarded Native Citizen of the year. She was president of Alpaha Delta Pi Sorority. and in 1960 received her Bachelor  of Education.  Sister MacNamara was  awarded in the Order of Canada in 1983.  .Sister MacNamara School was named after her.
 
Hobbies:
Some of Sister Mac Namara's hobbies were, teaching, helping out poor people in the Inner City of Winnipeg and helping suffering people.
