-The summers are short and quite warm

-Snow comes in November and ends in April

-13 percent of the province is farm land

-2,000,000 tourists come every year to Manitoba

-Assiniboine Park is one of the largest zoos in Canada

-Brandon is Manitoba's 2nd largest city

-The first schools in Manitoba was provided by churches

-University of Manitoba is the largest university in Manitoba

-Libraries are in all the cities and towns
