There once was a girl named Lucy. She’s not just a girl - she’s an angel. When winter comes, she always liked to make snow angels. People think she’s a normal girl because she doesn’t have any wings!

Her parents are also magical. Her mother is a tooth fairy and her father is a Genie.

Her brother is not magical but he was well liked in school because of his family’s magic. His name is Glen. Some people do not really believe him because he is just a normal boy.

 It was December 29 and there was no snow!  Lucy was so upset that she did not go downstairs for breakfast.

Mother said, ”Lucy, waffles for breakfast.”

Lucy loved waffles so she went to the kitchen. The waffles were not there. They had cereal. Father said, ”Your mother said waffles so that you would come.”

 Lucy started to cry.

Glen said, “She is crying because she does not have any waffles!”

“No way!” yelled Lucy, “There’s no snow!”

The next day, Lucy went to her window and there was snow! Lucy ran to her closet and put on her ski pants, mitts, scarf, hat, and jacket. She played and played.

When mother and father woke up Lucy had to eat breakfast. They had to put their stockings up but before Lucy put up her stocking, she went outside, took a pile of snow then put it in her stocking.

When they were done breakfast, Lucy and her brother went outside to make snow angels and snowmen. Glen said, “Lucy, let us have a contest!  WHO HAS THE BEST SNOWMAN!”

“Great!” said Lucy, “I’m going to win.”

They made snowmen but Lucy made a snow angel! It was standing up. It had wings and it even had a crown. It was beautiful.

 “What is that?” Glen said.

“My snow angel!” Lucy said, “Mom, which one is the best?”

Mother said, “They are both beautiful.”

“Pick one mom.” Glen said.

“I cannot.  They are both beautiful!

Lucy left. “But mine is the best,” Lucy said in a whisper.
