Tim got up one day and saw it was snowing again. He went downstairs in a bad mood. Tim’s mom asked, “What’s wrong?”

Tim said,” It is snowing AGAIN! I don’t like snow!”       

“Why don’t you like snow?” asked mom.

“It is too cold!” said Tim.

“I will get you new snow clothes,” Mom said.

“NO! NO! NO! I don’t want to go outside!” Tim cried.

“Why not?” Mom asked.

“Snow clothes look ugly.” Tim said.

“ I thought you said it was too cold,” said mom.

“I-I did but I don’t like snow! I don’t like snow clothes!” Tim says.

“I will call your friends.” Mom said.

“NO! NO!  They will know I am scared of snow.”

“That’s why you don’t want to go outside?” Mom asks.

“Yes it is, please don’t tell anyone. They might laugh.”

“I will not tell anyone.”

“Let us go outside and build a snowman!” Mom said.

“O.K.” Tim said.

“This is fun.  Let’s make more snowmen!” Tim says happily.

“O.K. That sounds great.” Mom said.

“Let’s start.” Tim said.

“Fine! Let us make houses and little men!” Mom said.

“ I never knew this was so much fun!” Tim said.

“I’m glad you like SNOW now Tim.”
