Something that Sounds
Like.....................
Our students are learning about letter sounds (phonemes).
Every week, a new sound is introduced in the kindergarten classroom. Our students have been
looking for objects in the school that start with a specific sound, and they
have found many! Our students took pictures with a digital camera, drew pictures
in KidWorks, and assisted with the video taping.
Please click on a letter sound to see what begins with that sound and see and
hear the sound demonstrated by our students. Our students used finger cues to
help them remember the sounds.
