2000 Years of Canadian History

Our project was about 2000 years of Canadian history, dating from as far back as you can remember, up to recent events. We looked for information from the Internet, the library, and magazines. When we found something with a date on it, we would write it down and add it to our calendar.
The Calendar
Our calendar was a 12 month calendar. When we finished typing it out and were happy with it, we pasted it up onto our project board. To make the calendar more realistic, we actually made a calendar and added pictures of what we thought were the important events that happened during the month. Our finished Heritage project looked like the picture, and placed in front was our calendar.
We learned about how many different events went into making Canada what it is today. Canada is a world of complex puzzle pieces, all fitted together to make Canada's history.
