Dexter

Dexter can live on land and water. He can swim as fast as a 200 horsepower motor. His tail helps him balance on land and swim even faster in the water. Dexter has webbed feet and webbed hands. He is green all over and has reptile like skin. He also has two eyelids so he can see underwater. One set of eyelids is clear. He can climb and jump over buildings. He croaks when he talks.
