Pork with Potatoes and Parsley Sauce
8 Potatoes
4 slices striped pork
10-gram margarine
Sauce:
25-gram margarine
25-gram flour
2-decilitre milk
Potato water
2-tablespoon parsley, hoe
Salt
What to do:
1: Peel the potatoes
2: Beat the pork on both sides
3: Heat the margarine till clear and roast the pork
4: Melt the margarine in a saucepan. The flour comes in
5:Put the milk in, use also the potato water. Do not make the sauce too
thin
6: Put the parsley in. Put in salt to taste.
