Details

The e-mail message form is contained in a Microsoft Publisher 2.0 file, EMMESSG1.PUB.  After downloading the file, the form can be printed and distributed to students.

This form can be useful in situations where students compose e-mail messages in a non-computer setting (eg. classroom).  Depending upon teacher requirements, messages can be revised, edited, etc. before students sit down at a computer.  Editing of usernames of both sender and receiver can also be done.

Teachers of primary children may find that using this form allows for easier management once the class arrives in a computer lab to send their message since each student has a source of information (the form) that has the "look" of the POPMail software.
