Description
This paper form allows students to record and monitor their own scores for All The Right Type keyboarding lessons.  A title page file is also included.

Details

The title page is contained in a Microsoft Publisher 2.0 file, KBTP.PUB.  The database is contained in a Microsoft Works 3.0 file, KEYLCH3.WDB. After downloading the files, the title page and form can be printed, stapled together and distributed to students. If you wish to download these files, click on these links KBTP.PUB and KEYLCH3.WDB.

This form can be utilized to provide a "hard' copy of individual students' keyboarding progress.  It also serves as a "bookmark" in that students can quickly see which keyboarding lesson needs to be done.

Teachers may choose to initial each score after students record them and teacher sees that the score recorded matches the score on the screen.

This form may also be incorportated into student portfolios.
